Seasonal direct buses run Ljubljana–Zadar (journey ~5–6h with stops). You would need to reach Ljubljana bus station from the airport first. Rigid schedule, late-night arrivals common.
Zadar Airport (ZAD) receives low-cost flights from various European cities in season. From Ljubljana there are no direct flights — a connection would add time and cost for a group.
