📍 Getting to TRS: From Ljubljana ~1h 30 min. From Bled ~1h 45 min. Bus from Trieste city ~30 min. Excellent option if you find a good Ryanair fare — very close to Slovenia.

    Good to know: Trieste Airport is the closest foreign airport to Ljubljana (95 km) and also very convenient for Piran and the Slovenian coast (~65 km). If you find a cheap Ryanair or Volotea flight into TRS, the math often works out.
