Bled in winter is quieter but beautiful — the lake rarely freezes completely, the castle is dramatic in snow, and Straža ski slope sits directly above the town. For serious skiing, Kranjska Gora is 40 km away and Vogel above Bohinj is 35 km. We transfer skiers to all three resorts from Brnik Airport.
About 50 km by road, roughly 40–45 minutes. The route goes via Kranj — straightforward motorway driving until Bled.

Bled island is accessed by traditional wooden rowing boats (pletna) from the lake shore. We drop you at any of the main departure points — Bled Rowing Centre, Mlino or the castle side. The boat trip takes about 15 minutes each way.
